Zoning Ordinace Update/Town Center Plan

The City of Whitehouse is undertaking a project to update its city-wide zoning ordinance. A project to plan the Whitehouse Town Center is also underway simultaneously. For more information, check back regularly or read the Zoning Ordinance Update/Town Center Plan blog. The blog will be a regular source for news about the project. Vision 2020 Comprehensive Plan

The adopted Whitehouse Comprehensive Plan can now be downloaded here. Two versions of each Plan section are provided in PDF format including sizes suitable for download via both dial-up modems and broadband connections. Although neither version will print at qualities consistent with hard-copies available for purchase through this website, both versions should be suitable for onscreen viewing.

In addition to these free downloads, high quality book-bound hard copies of the document can also be purchased at production cost (to cover printing and binding expenses). Each hard copy costs $50. For more information on hard copies of the Plan please send an email to whitehouseplan@gmail.com.
